By using Apromore Enterprise Edition you agree with the terms and conditions of the following trial license agreement. You also accept our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

License Agreement

This Trial License is expressly for the purpose of evaluating the Apromore Enterprise Edition business process analytics software (Software). The evaluation period is limited to 30 days starting from the date when you create an account. This period is not renewable, except with written agreement from Apromore Pty Ltd.

The term “Software” means the original software you use and all whole or partial copies of it, including portions merged into other programs. Apromore Pty Ltd grants you a non-exclusive license for the Software as specified herein. You agree to ensure that anyone who uses the Software (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for your authorized use and complies with the terms of this Agreement. Apromore Pty Ltd will not charge you for the rights granted to you under this Trial License.

License

This Trial License is intended for the purpose of evaluating the Software. You may not:

1) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, disassemble or decompile the Software or any part of the Software or otherwise attempt to discover any part of the Source Code;

2) Sublicense, rent or lease the Software;

3) Supply or provide copies of the Software to third parties, outside your organization, or allow external access to the Software;

4) Use the Software for commercial purposes;

4) Use the Software for a period longer than the period set out in this agreement.

Warranty

This Software is supplied “AS IS”, without warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. All risks arising from the use or performance of the Software and the accuracy or completeness of any documentation remain with you.

All models, logs and other information stored by the Software, are third-party material (Repository Material) uploaded by the users, unless expressly indicated otherwise by Apromore Pty Ltd. Apromore Pty Ltd makes the Repository Material available ‘as is’ and does not check the currency, accuracy, reliability, performance, completeness, suitability or workability of the Repository Material or whether materials uploaded by the users infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights. You use the Repository Material at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apromore Pty Ltd excludes all liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise for any direct or indirect losses, damages, expenses, claims and liability that you may incur as a result or arising from any use of the Software, even if Apromore Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent legislation does not allow particular liability to be excluded, it is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such legislation.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
