Since its inception in 2009, Apromore has been on a mission to democratize process mining by making it easy for business users to use complex data science algorithms and AI to accelerate process discovery and gain a better understanding of their business processes.

Apromore is one of the few process mining tools built by the people at the forefront of process mining research. Our process mining software is the result of over ten years of research and innovation at the University of Melbourne (Australia), the University of Tartu (Estonia), and several other world-renowned universities. Apromore continues to incorporate the latest process mining research discoveries to help customers create better outcomes by understanding, monitoring and simulating changes to business processes.

Our academic pedigree

Our software incorporates the results of thirteen PhD theses and has been showcased in more than 200 scientific publications, attracting over 2,500 citations. Between them, the team has received more than ten best paper awards at prestigious scientific conferences, and five best PhD thesis awards in the areas of process mining and business process management. We also have more than 15 years of experience running process mining training, helping enterprises get the most out of their process mining projects.
