The Academic Alliance is our collaborative program with educational institutions worldwide. Its primary goal is to support academic research, teaching, and learning in the field of process mining and business process management. Through this program, Apromore provides universities and research institutions with access to its advanced process mining platform, enabling students and researchers to explore real-world data, develop analytical skills, and contribute to innovative research.

Since its inception in 2019, the Apromore Academic Alliance has built a network of over 300+ educators in 250+ universities across 80+ countries. At present, more than more than 10,000 students per year and more than 500 researchers benefit from the Apromore Academic Alliance.

The Apromore Academy is a self-service learning platform designed to empower users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively leverage Apromore’s process mining solutions. It offers a range of learning resources, from beginner tutorials to advanced training, aimed at helping users understand process mining concepts, navigate the Apromore platform, and apply insights to drive business improvements.

What’s New in Apromore Academy?

In addition to live instructor training that is provided as part of Apromore enablement and implementation projects, we recently revamped the Apromore Academy as a self-learning platform designed to help customers and partners deepen their process mining expertise. With a completely redesigned curriculum, on-demand learning, and enterprise-grade customization, Apromore Academy is setting a new standard for process mining education and certification.

A flexible, scalable learning hub: The new Apromore Academy offers self-guided and structured learning with 22 modules that can be composed into customized paths, designed for everyone from business users to technical analysts.
Customize training programs: Customer can assign a “learning admin” who can build customized learning pathways, and assign users.
Dashboards and reporting: Track progress with dedicated self-guided learning portals with administrative dashboards and reporting
Earn skill-based certifications at multiple levels:

- Process Mining Analyst Foundations, for business users & beginners;
- Advanced Analyst Certification, certifying advanced skills in conformance checking, simulation, predictive monitoring, advanced dashboards and filters, and KPIs and metrics;
