The report provides an overview of process mining’s key techniques and use cases, and discusses the relative merits of each product. Gartner praises the level of sophistication of Apromore’s automated discovery engine, based on the Split Miner algorithm, and its intelligence capabilities for predictive monitoring and drifts discovery & explanation.
