Apromore and Salesforce Process Mining
Salesforce led Apromore’s Series B round, announced in December. Since then, the companies have been working together to help customers maximize the value of their data in Salesforce Clouds including processes such as field service, customer service, sales, loans and claims.
The Apromore connector for MuleSoft provides connectivity between Salesforce Clouds and the Apromore process mining platform, leveraging MuleSoft technology. The combined solution enables organizations to seamlessly uncover friction points, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities in their sales and service processes.
